How can we help you?

Filter the catalogue by region, district and town, capacity (number of people) and event type - conference, training, team building, wedding, party or company event. Each venue shows a photo gallery, amenities, rooms and indicative prices.

An enquiry is always free and non-binding. You pay us no commission - the enquiry goes straight to the venue operator, who gets back to you with an offer.

On a venue detail page you fill in a short form (date, number of people, event type, your contact details). The enquiry reaches the operator directly and they contact you with a specific offer and price.

If you are not sure which venue to choose, you can submit a single public enquiry for a whole region. The system sends it to all active venues in that area and they reply with their offers - saving you from contacting each place individually.

Yes. Instead of a standard enquiry you can send a callback request - the operator will call you back on the number you provide.

No. We are a catalogue - we connect you directly with the venue operator. All arrangements and payments happen between you and the operator; we take no commission.

On the Registration page you fill in basic details about the venue and yourself. The account is created on the free FREE plan and, once approved by the operator, your venue appears in the catalogue. You then add photos, description and other details in the client zone.

Yes. Registration and basic catalogue presentation are free on the FREE plan - including a backlink to your website and an overview of incoming enquiry counts. You can order a paid plan anytime later.

The venue profile (name, description, address with map, amenities and services), the photo gallery, individual rooms and halls, special offers, incoming enquiries and callback requests, statistics and service status.

You can upload dozens of photos. On the free FREE plan the first 5 are shown in the public profile (you set the order by dragging). A paid plan shows the whole gallery.

After registration the operator reviews and publishes the venue - usually within two business days. Meanwhile you can calmly complete your profile and photos in the client zone.

Yes. The venue name and description can be filled in both Czech and English; the website has a Czech and an English version.

In the client zone under Service status you can request full cancellation and removal of the venue. We process the request manually and confirm by e-mail. Even the free FREE plan keeps you in the catalogue for free, so consider whether keeping FREE is enough.

A free FREE plan and paid plans that differ in listing position, access to enquiry contacts, homepage placement and other features. Current prices and a comparison are on the Pricing page.

A free catalogue presentation, a backlink to your website and an overview of incoming enquiry counts. The content and contacts of enquiries and some premium features are available only on a paid plan.

You get access to contact details from enquiries, a higher position in the catalogue listing, the option of homepage placement and the TOP badge, the full photo gallery and other features for greater visibility.

All plan prices are shown excluding VAT. The standard 21% rate is added on the proforma invoice. VAT payers can deduct it.

After ordering we issue a proforma invoice with a QR code for easy payment. As soon as we receive the payment, the service is automatically activated (or extended) and we issue a regular invoice available in the client zone.

The venue automatically moves to the free FREE plan. It stays visible in the catalogue, but you lose access to enquiry content, callback requests and other paid features - these unlock again after you renew the service.

Yes. Send us a brief and source photos and our designer will create a banner exactly in the dimensions of the chosen ad position. We send you the finished proposal for approval.

Based on the chosen position and period we issue a proforma invoice. Once the payment is received, the campaign starts automatically. You track performance (impressions and clicks) in the client zone.

After registering you receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. Clicking it activates your account and logs you into the client zone. If you click the link again, we simply redirect you to the login page.

Please check your spam and bulk mail folder. If you still cannot find the e-mail, contact us via the Contact page and we will be happy to help.

On the client zone login page use the password recovery link. You will receive an e-mail with a link to set a new password.
